Digital Products

  • All digital products (e.g., downloadable files, digital services) are delivered via email immediately upon successful purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • If you do not receive your digital download, please contact us at VIPCONCIERGE@DILUXESTUDIOS.COM with your order details.

Physical Products

  • Processing Time: All physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS or FedEx depending on your location and shipping selection.
  • Shipping Times: Delivery estimates vary based on destination and do not include processing time.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your physical order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DiLuxe Studios LLC is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
